In this episode, I am joined by dietitian, Abbey Sissian to talk about how to create a healthier relationship with food.

Abbey is a credentialed eating disorder dietitian and is passionate about helping women find food freedom and eat intuitively.

In the episode, we discuss:

  • Abbey’s own story and past relationship with food;
  • what intuitive eating means;
  • what are some signs that you may need to improve your relationship with food;
  • what food freedom actually means;
  • how to overcome feelings of guilt or anxiety around food;
