DizzyDx is a web-based clinical decision support tool to help rehabilitation professionals better define symptoms and prioritize impairments, leading to targeted evidence-informed care for individuals experiencing dizziness. The application promotes broad-based critical thinking from astute client interviews through systematic clinical testing and interpretation, using decision tree-based logic. Throughout the user journey alternative etiologies and medical considerations are highlighted, with supporting evidence provided.

Nicole Miranda, PT, DPT is an assistant professor in the accelerated hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy program at South College based in Knoxville, TN, and affiliate faculty in the Regis University School of Physical Therapy in Denver, CO. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Enhanced Clinical Insight, LLC, providing post-professional education and innovative educational technology to rehabilitation providers. Her clinical expertise includes complex neurological and vestibular rehabilitation across the lifespan. Dr. Miranda participated in the development and presentation of a national concussion course over 5 years through the APTA Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy and was recognized as a 2019 APTA Colorado Chapter PT of the Year alongside Dr. Campbell for their legislative and advocacy contributions to Return to Play regulations for youth sports.
Dr. Miranda provides community service presentations and moderates online support groups related to dysautonomia, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and post-COVID-19 sequelae.

Heather Campbell, PT, DPT, MA, OCS (emerita) has more than 4 decades of diverse clinical care and education experience. She is an affiliate faculty member at Regis University School of Physical Therapy, teaching clinical reasoning and case management. As faculty for the University of St Augustine, she taught basic and advanced cervical spine care for 15 years and has been an invited guest lecturer in physical therapy, medical, dental, and optometry programs in the US and abroad.
Her expertise in cervical spine care and the study of sensory processing disorders of gifted and twice-exceptional students contributed to a vestibular residency program as well as the development of care for individuals with concussions. She has worked to educate the legal community in the Denver area about the invisible nature of vestibular disorders and mild traumatic brain injuries, and the objective measures that can guide care. Dr. Campbell is co-founder and COO of Enhanced Clinical Insight, LLC, and the innovative clinical decision support tool DizzyDxTM.
