Happy New Year! A large portion of the population who set New Year's resolutions focus on health goals, specifically losing weight. In this episode kicking off season 4 of the podcast, we highlight the important tips/steps in facilitating a healthy transformation. With years of personal training and health coaching experience, along with 4 top-five finishes competing in men's physique, we share an empathetic perspective factoring in many of the challenges that people face when taking on these goals. We also briefly highlight some of the poor advice that is often given when influencers weigh in on the subject. Lastly the episode concludes with our selection for song of the week.
