It's all over the news lately. It seems that coconut oil is not good for you. What we've been told about all of it's benefits have been nothing more than a lie. Were we really that foolish to think that one thing could possibly have so many beneficial uses? Were we really that gullible? No? I don't think so either. It's just Big Food putting their mouth where their money is.
