In this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Natalie, a business and life coach. We discussed Natalie's journey into coaching and the importance of overcoming limiting beliefs. We touch on the power of community and the need for women to support each other.
Natalie shares her experiences working with children and helping them discover their passions and career paths. The conversation emphasises the importance of inner work and self-discovery in achieving success and fulfilment. We explore the challenges women face in male-dominated industries and the pressure to conform to masculine norms. We also delved into the importance of embracing feminine energy and finding balance.
We discussed our personal journeys of breaking free from societal expectations and prioritising self-care, and we emphasise the need for authenticity and self-acceptance, encouraging women to follow their dreams and not be afraid to be themselves.
