Debbie is the Director of Clinical Education at the DUTCH test. She discovered Naturopathic medicine through her own health challenges and has spent time working with communities abroad. Her passion is devoted to access to health care for all and really diving into stress and sex hormone evaluation and balance. She loves being in the sunshine and exploring Mother Nature. And she loves to continue her learning journey by talking, meeting all sorts of folks from all walks of life!
She previously joined us on Peeling the Onion to talk about Perimenopause and today she's back to talk with us about Menopause and what we can do to improve our health and have good outcomes during this transition.
