Why do bad things happen if we are on the “right track”? Why do “bad things” happen to good people? How do you know if you are making the right or wrong decision?

Any time life starts to shift and change it can put us in a place of feeling like life is happening to us instead of for us. It also can cause us to be paralyzed by fear of making the wrong choice, scared that if we make a mistake or don’t make the “right” choice then we will ruin not just our life, but the life of others so we stay stuck and in a constant state of stress, fear and worry.

As you’ve heard me talk about before, our bodies are a house for our emotional experiences. When we are in a constant state of stress and worry…or resisting what “is” our bodies will start to experience mis-alignments as well letting us know that maybe our lives are a little out of alignment, maybe we are resisting our truth, or maybe we are denying our emotional experiences. We end up so wrapped up in trying to avoid what we don’t want in life that we end up creating that exact thing then wondering how we got there in the first place.

In this episode, we are going to talk about why bad things may be happening, how to make the right decision, and how to get clarity and peace of mind with which direction in your life to take.
