Here’s another 2024 favorite for the holiday season!

This rerun of episode 317 features Dr. Jordyn Feingold, interviewed by Dr. Bradley Block as she shares her journey, discussing how the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic shaped her understanding of well-being and led to co-authoring Choose Growth: A Workbook for Transcending Trauma, Fear, and Self-Doubt.

The conversation explores post-traumatic growth, the importance of social connections, and strategies for building resilience. Dr. Feingold introduces the "active constructive response," a tool for strengthening relationships by deeply engaging with others' positive experiences.

Using the metaphor of a sailboat, she explains how addressing security needs and fostering growth systems can propel individuals toward purpose and fulfillment.
