She reports an exposure to two people who have postive COVID tests; she now has symptoms though home test is negative. She describes having a sore throat "in the hangy-down thing" at the back of her mouth, along with swollen glands. In this case example, Karen discusses methods of inquiry: clients often do not know they type of data we need, and may not be aware of their symptoms.
