Successful Beverly Hills lawyer, Lauren Abrams, joins Shannon on the Second Act Success Career Podcast to share the inspiration behind her second act launching 52 Weeks of Hope. Lauren is the founding member and managing partner of the Law Offices of Lauren Abrams, where she has practiced employee law for over 22 years. After facing a "dark night of the soul" experience, Lauren realized that you can look like you have it all on the outside and not feel like you do on the inside. Lauren sought to find the true meaning of life and she began asking people all over the question of "why are we here?"
After months of interviewing an older demographic to gather their wisdom, Lauren knew these stories were too good not to share. She began writing about her conversations in the book 52 Weeks of Hope. She then followed it with a podcast of the same name where she spreads inspiration of hope through more conversations with others.
