Tobias has a background in law and informatics, which lends itself well to the recent investigations and actions by the Norwegian DPA. On 27 October 2023, the European Data Protection Board made a big decision. The urgent request from the Norwegian DPA to enforce a processing ban for Meta’s personalised advertising practices was endorsed.
