Welcome to another episode of Speaking to Stacy. This was a very meaningful episode for me. I really enjoyed this interview. It gave me a chance to connect with an old friend and pick his brain. He shared his insights on how to be a better leader.

My Guest:

Nick Köster (@nickkoster28 on Instagram) is a retired professional rugby player who has played for numerous club sides including the Stormers, Bath, and Bristol. He is also a father of two young girls and a husband to a beautiful wife.

In this conversation, Nick and I discuss his journey in sports. Additionally, we discussed what he learned from sports. He then explains how it applies to the realm of business. If you are interested in what it takes to build credibility as a leader, then this is the episode for you.

Nick’s rugby career was plagued by a knee injury. In fact, it cut his career short. He also had the opportunity to learn a skillset from some amazing coaches. Nick works as a service delivery director and his passion is to help organizations improve their performance.
