For Suzanne her postpartum at 40 just blurred right in with perimenopause and now she’s here to say the things that we do not hear enough about and won’t have a clue about when it’s our turn.

We need to know more about the mental, emotional and physical symptoms of our early perimenopause because too many women lose too many years to feeling so low and anxious long before a period is missed.
