Let's face it. In life we get bored. Even with things we like doing. That's we're a routine you've developed or the right mindset can help you to keep going. When it comes to fitness the more disciplined you are the more disciplined you become. What I mean is that you build up a consistency that’s second to none.

This flows over into your eating habits. You better so you recover faster, have more energy and don’t feel so tired all the time.
