Bread week is upon us and with Paul Hollywood's steely blue eyes judging all of our bakers' doughy creations, everyone kneads to up their game to impress. The remaining ten bakers take on a chocolate loaf signature, a German Dampfnudel technical and a plaited multi-flour centrepiece showstopper. Join Sarah, Howard, Jane and special guest podcaster Tom Gilliford (GBBO series 7) as they discuss the ups and downs of bread week and learn why Dampfnudel were quite so scarring.
