Much to Lance's chagrin, we're talking about identity again. But if it wasn't so confusing, it'd be easy to disidentify! When we're overwhelmed, what are we identified with? Our relationship to dimensions should be flexible and always shifting depending on the context. We want to be versatile in our mode and not so easily overwhelmed, and the dimension approach can help!
