Listening back to this I've realised that despite this being an episode to introduce myself to you I actually forgot the most important thing... My name is Caitlin Byrne and I am the host of The FLATNOIR Podcast!! LOL This episode is an introduction to me your host. It's a collection of my thoughts surrounding self-help, self-love and self-care. I also share with you a bit of my intention for this podcast, my hope for what this project will be as well as some of my story so we can begin to really get to know each other.
