We put so much emphasis on seeing the scale go down, our clothes fitting better, inches lost from our waists, changes to our progress pictures, that we skip over maintenance as a win. When was the last time you CELEBRATED the scale NOT moving? Probably never--yet, the whole reason you're looking to lose weight in the first place? It's because you HAVE NOT successfully maintained your weight. In this week's solo episode, we're changing that narrative. Coach Krysta (joined by her sidekick, Bean) is breaking down exactly why it's important to applaud maintenanc periods along your fat loss journey.
As busy, high achieiving women, it's natural for us to always want more for ourselves. But there's growth in acknowledging NO movement on the scale during busy seasons. With the summer season upon us: more social events, travel, and situations that simply make weight loss a little bit harder, there's no better time to learn how to maintain your weight.
