The Stoic philosopher Epictetus said:

“No man is free who is not master of himself.”

No man can master himself, without mastery of his own brain and mind.

So I have a question for you: What tools and practices are you intentionally employing on a consistent basis to develop mastery of your mind?

To help you answer that question, we’re going to be diving deep into one specific superpower of the brain: neuroplasticity:

The brain’s ability to change, reorganize and grow over time.

For that growth and change to happen on your own terms, you have to play an integral role.

And to help teach you how to play that role masterfully, we have Ben Ahrens, co-founder of Re-Origin, an online brain training program to help people reclaim their health by rewiring their brain.

In fact, Re-Origin is the program that I’ve been using to rewire my brain as I’m healing from Lyme Disease…a chronic illness that Ben knows even more intimately than I…as he spent 3 years bedridden with Lyme Disease…his body in a constant state of hypervigilant fight or flight response…

…and the only way he could make his way back to full health, was to reclaim authority over a brain that had been hijacked by fear.
