In this week's episode, I continue the mini-series exploring the S.H.I.T.E. model which is all about identifying and dealing with the real causes of our over-eating and over-thinking. This week I look at the 'H' and explore the psychological aspects of hunger that can be described at comfort eating, emotional eating or eating to fill boredom. I share four approaches to managing the urges to binge eat and explain how you can use these to manage your own eating habits.
