 Shame is something that I used to feel all the time. It was always there. Over time, I came to the realization that this emotion served as the driving force behind many struggles I faced. Do you ever find yourself grappling with similar thoughts? Are you always questioning whether you are good enough? Or thinking you must be broken because you still haven’t figured things out? In this episode we will dive into shame and what it really means to feel shame. We discuss the differences between feeling guilt and shame, highlighting how the latter can give rise to a multitude of problems.
