Things change as we get older. We start to accumulate more belly fat. We have a harder time losing weight. We have a harder time recovering from our workouts. We experience more stress and frankly have more responsibilities. We have more excuses as to why it becomes harder to eat healthier and exercise. We feel like we just don't have enough time to do the things we need to do to move the needle. And if we do, we feel like the things we used to do aren't working anymore.

In today's episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show, I'm sharing what I call my 10 commandments of fat loss over 40, and ways we can start to look at nutrition, fitness, strength training, joint health, and recovery a little bit differently.
