Sarah Jenner: Sarah has spent the last 10 years creating leadership development programs that show leaders how to address workplace issues, cultivate team relationships, and improve psychological health and safety. She has worked with hundreds of leaders to support their continued growth, the success of their team, and organizational excellence. She is the Principal of Sarah Jenner Consulting, the Executive Director of Mindful Employer Canada, a facilitator, a training formulator, and a human-centered leader.

Mary Ann Bayton: CEO of Mary Ann Baynton & Associates Corp. where she consults with all levels of government and a diverse range of organizations including unions, associations, and institutions across the country.

Her areas of expertise include workplace mental health, psychological safety, resolving conflict, and addressing performance concerns. She strives to help people get unstuck, move beyond problems, restore productivity and improve working lives.

Mary Ann is an advisor to both Mindful Employer Canada and My Workplace Health and serves as the Director of Collaboration and Strategy for Workplace Strategies for Mental Health which produces free resources for all Canadians compliments of Canada Life.

She also hosts the Psych Health and Safety Canada podcast and is the author of several books.
