Who could use a little more self care especially through the busy holiday season? How about a little LESS STRESS and MORE ENERGY?

While it’s a season to celebrate gratitude and connection, family and our faith in Jesus Christ, let’s be real—it can also leave you feeling completely drained. Quite possibly more drained than you may already be feeling.

Because I know you are a high functioning woman juggling all the balls in the air: work, family, and holiday to-dos, baking, cooking, shopping, wrapping, traveling... you might already be running on foggy fumes.
