After a health scare in 2019 that left Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Thurlow too weak to leave her bed, she was determined to support her body’s healing through the power of nutrition. Mixed with 19 years in the medical field and her experience as CEO/founder of the Everyday Wellness Project, Cynthia uses her knowledge to help empower women to feel healthier and more vibrant through every season of life. She is the author of Intermittent Fasting Transformation.
She has over 8 million TEDx talk views about the power of intermittent fasting. Her mission is to continue educating people about the transformative power of functional nutrition and intermittent fasting!
