This week's Friday episode includes some looks at the past year and a look forward to the new.
First, at Discover Austin, Nancy Schnable and I get a chance to chat with Austin Mayor Steve King. We talk about what a great year it has been for Austin in 2024 and look forward to 2025.
Next I visit with Steve Barrett at the Austin Area Foundation. The Foundation is preparing for their annual event, For The Love of Austin. We talk about how this event came to be, how it has evolved, and reveal what is new for 2025.
And then a conversation with Luke Reese at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center. We take a few moments to talk about the events of 2024 at the Nature Center and look at what is coming up in 2025.
