Listen to one of our sister’s, Jenn, experiences as she battles bipolar disorder coupled with anxiety. She shares her daily struggles and her coping mechanisms.
From realizing there was something off at 15, to a family intervention, and her successes from there! Jenn has come a long way, and we are ridiculously proud of her for fighting for her mental health, and for sharing her story so openly and honestly!
Nat: “can I tell mom?”
Jenn: YES
There was a time when Jenn was in a deep depression, and she did the strongest thing she could have done. When she was asked if she needed help and if Nat could tell mom, Jenn said YES!
