In this first episode I share my story. I share some of the experiences that shaped some of my story and how those experiences effect how I showed up in my life. Our stories shape who we believe we are and what we believe we are capable of. When we understand our story we can recognize the things that are affecting us and how react to those around us.
My name is Seth Bowman. I am a recovering porn user mentor and coach. I have spent the last five and a half years working actively on my recovery. I have been leading groups for addiction and self mastery for four years and have done individual coaching with men. I wrote and co-teach with a therapist a course for men to help them to understand and empathize with what their wife is going through with betrayal trauma. I love helping men to find and become their best selves.
