The ultimate shame eradicator unites the ADHD Community with the knowledge that we are all in this together! Laughing at the things that cause us frustration and embarrassment to break the stigma and raise ADHD Awareness.
Please note that ADHD presents differently in every individual and SELF DIAGNOSIS IS VALID. And in a system so broken you could be waiting the best part of a decade for life changing - and in many cases - life saving diagnosis and treatment, it bloody well has to be!
Lean into the community, drop the shame and let's have a giggle...
