This week, Abby tries Craniosacral Therapy to uncover underlying emotional elements related to her tension headaches. Randi Kofsky Bio:

Randi Kofsky is a Bodyworker, Craniosacral Practitioner & Psychotherapist with a Private Practice in Santa Monica, CA. She's worked in variations of mind-body medicine for over 20 years and is certified in advanced myofascial bodywork and energy-based healing modalities. She's also a long-time student of mindfulness and meditation. Randi draws on her training in the somatic/experiential Satir Systemic Transformational Therapy & Trauma Resource Model and depth-oriented Jungian Psychology, Psychodynamic & Attachment Theory. Her work focuses on the process of Individuation and transmuting past anxiety into viable Aliveness.
