How many diets have you tried? If not actual diets then maybe dietary changes? If you have tried more than one (which, who hasn’t?), or if you are OVER all the well-meaning but overreaching comments from family members who have ALL the ideas on what you’re not doing to take care of yourself, then this episode is for you.
You probably have done green-, plant-based, carb-cutting, eliminating all the things. And so many times, it gets results in the beginning and then poof - what is happening? Or maybe it’s really hard to sustain because of life, budget, family, environment, the diet is too restrictive, or some other consistent hurdle in the way.
I know the hopelessness that can set in when you know your goals and the commitment to the diet is just crumbling.
Diets really are not the best companion on the journey to better health, and in today’s episode, we talk about why this is, and a few things you can tweak right now to get you back on track.
