We share the stories of McMaster University staff and alumni's experiences as students. These stories are typically untold. They are those of loss, grief, transitions, relationship difficulties, mental health problems, and much more. We hope that by listening to them, many will realize that they are not alone and that they can find their way through difficult times and experiences.
