Shelley is born and bred southern belle originally from Louisiana, a talented actress, performer and all around wonderful entertainer who you may recognize from the Pitch Perfect film franchise in which she plays Ashley, the Bella that has literally been there the whole time!

Shelley is outspoken on her social media platforms about the importance of mental health and body positivity. Today she opens up and vulnerably shares her own journey with mental health and eating disorders and how she has learned to truly care for herself. We have an incredible conversation on body image, body positivity, and unrealistic beauty standards for women. We thoroughly enjoyed having Shelley on the show.
