During the recording of this episode I came to a realization, live in the moment. I realized that I had been feeling depleted by "giving care" all around me to the people in my life. I considered ending the podcast as I neared the one-year anniversary and I thought about how nice it would be to just care for myself for awhile. Then a co-creation session brought me back to life and reminded me why I entered into a helping profession. Supporting others aligns with my true nature and moving up the E.G.S. helped me to realign with that purpose. You will hear me coach myself back into alignment and apply what I do for others, to myself.
