In today’s podcast episode, we have OneFirelight Certified Dance instructor and Certified Pre- and Post-Natal specialist Meredith Therrien to discuss the joy that exercise brings! We often focus on all of the physical advantages of exercise but there are so many mental benefits as well. Exercise helps energize the body and helps us find focus in everyday life. It’s a great way to release stress and helps with letting go of the things that hold us back in life. Plus, it’s especially beneficial throughout pregnancy as well.
