While it’s easy to look on the outside and marvel at this amazing accomplishment, Vanda shares the hurdles she had to overcome on a personal level to show up in the ways she wants and needs to for herself, her family, and her team. We talk a lot about perfectionism, finding a path for ourselves, and shedding our familys’ expectations.
