In this episode I talk with Dr Keith Runyan about the symptoms and how to reverse insulin resistance, which is a major contibutor to our suffering from metabolic illnesses like diabetes, atherosclerosis, obesity and more.

We talk about the importance of diet and how it is crucial to monitor insulin levels, because your blood glucose level could be normal and yet you could still have insulin resistance.
