This week, as part of our physical health series, we got to explore the fascinating world of running and the human body. Dr. Jason Karp, a renowned running expert, coach, and author has spent years studying the human body and its physical capabilities. He has developed a unique approach to running and coaching that is based on creating a sound body which leads to a sound mind. He also shared his experience coaching in Kenya which confirmed his belief that starting on the outside and working in is based on science. Dr. Karp helps us reframe the way we are accustomed to thinking about mental and physical health and we began by asking where his passion for sport and science came from.
