This week we are talking all things judgement and dealing with comments from people when you are doing something to better yourself or different from the crowd.
It was inspired by a recent online incident where I posted something on LinkedIn, only to be met with a really shady comment from a stranger, but I've dealt with it so many times, especially when I launched this podcast. It's also super relevant to sobriety and one of the most difficult parts to deal with for a lot of people.
There's a famous quote/piece of writing by Teddy Roosevelt that I've linked below which we talk more about. I honestly don't know anyone who couldn't benefit from being reminded of some of the stuff in this episode!
