My beautiful sister has finally entered the studio! I know I say it every time, but you aren’t going to want to miss out on this episode. Chyna gets raw and real about her own personal wellness journey; her experiences with suicide, medications, therapy, sobriety, and holistic practices to promote a healthy mental state. We dive into how important it is to make sure you’re being treated by specialists in the field to ensure you’re on the correct medication. How alcohol can negatively effect your mental wellbeing especially while taking anxiety & depression medication. Chyna also tells her experience with talk therapy and how important it was for her to find a therapist she aligned with. EMDR was a huge benefit to Chyna’s healing which she explains her experience and how EMDR treatment worked for her. Holistic practices have been Chyna’s main focus lately as she has been able to completely stop taking any medication for anxiety & depression. She now practices meditation, moving her body through yoga, walking, or the gym, and filling her body with healthy, high-vibrational foods & plenty of water. Last but not least, she gives all the tips & tricks for when you start slipping into a negative mind space which is what she also shares on her social media accounts everyday.
