Do you struggle with perfectionism? Learning how to let go of perfectionist tendencies and overcoming perfectionism takes time and effort, but there are plenty of things you can do to take control.

Striving for excellence is admirable, and we should want to do things well… but the problem with perfect is that it doesn’t exist, so we end up creating perfectionism anxiety and stressing ourselves out; the dangers of perfectionism include mental and physical health issues if left unaddressed.
