Living with ADHD is like trying to tune a radio station through a storm. It's a constant dance between finding clarity amid the static. This episode is a heart-centered conversation about ADHD and the complexities of managing attention, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and executive dysfunction. I, your host Lora, share some of my personal stories of living with ADHD and anxiety and share tips on how you can help to better support the ADHDer in your life.
