- Eating to support the body is vital for quality health
- What is normal? What does a "normal" or homeostasis body feel like?
- Rested, uplifted spirits, no headaches, no digestive issues, temperament is even, going to sleep is easy and staying asleep a normal thing, energy to keep up with the life you want to life!
