Its a sign of growth when you can take a good look at yourself and laugh. When you can forgive yourself for making mistakes and just be you. In this episode I talk about change. Change in this podcast, my body, my thoughts about nutrition + non diet (a bit - more to come). While I love to talk about nutrition and midlife, I realize how much SPACE we need to transition into this age and stage. We need to give ourselves this space. Even if it means being inconsistent. I want us all to stop punishing ourselves for not being Pinterest perfect, OK? And while I still want to talk about nutrition and health - there's so much more to wellness than food.
