This week Dilyana is delighted to welcome Alana Cahoon to discuss the enormous benefits of mindfulness and meditation during the menopausal years. Alana is a Mindfulness Coach and master teacher of meditation, conscious leadership, and energy healing. She weaves a sense of calm and creativity into her coaching and coursework, offering participants the experience of freedom, relaxation, and fun!


Alana is the founder of Grow 2 B U, LLC where she has crafted Signature Programs to lead entrepreneurs and individuals across the globe on their paths to personal and professional transformation. In addition, she has trained in the US and UK, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, is certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Teacher, and Natural Health Professional with additional studies in nutrition, Shamanism, Buddhism, and creative arts, and has also managed a technology business incubator.
