A mind-blowing episode on the recent science that many scientists in the 90’s or early 2000’s would have scoffed at on building self-esteem and confidence in a way that’s sustainable. Thought-provoking indeed.

Tobias is an online coach who helps people transform their health & physique. He is also a published scientist, with his research focusing on how to overcome self-defeating behaviour. Tobias studied Neuroscience at the University of New South Wales, graduating with First Class Honours.
