It is time we accept that hybrid workplaces are here to stay and I urge leaders to be inclusive in exploring the new ways of working that prioritise employee well-being and, crucially, introvert inclusion.

The outdated leadership practices often perpetuate bias—especially against those who thrive outside traditional office settings. It’s a bold invitation to redesign workplace culture with flexibility, productivity, and genuine connection at the core, rather than clinging to outdated methods.

It is time to redefine the leadership norms and embrace "grown-up conversations" around flexibility, trust, and connection. Bold, inclusive hybrid working isn’t just possible—it’s necessary.
