Accelerated by COVID-19 protocols, we are seeing organizations transform into remote and hybrid enterprises. Andrew has led the development of a “team of teams” framework to help them take strategy into delivery. Moving teams away from the office does not mean we abrogate our responsibility for workplace safety and sustainability.
