John Peralta is a former personal trainer, movement, and performance coach, massage therapist, and host of Flow Labs where he has taught people to discover their own triggers into flow states. He goes between Colorado and Costa Rica cultivating a life in flow where he does plant medicine and retreats with his partner Kat along with mountain biking, slack line, snowboarding, surfing, or pretty much anything that allows him to go fast.

He has studied stability, durability, sophisticated movement patterns, brain waves, biofeedback, the nervous system and more in his journey to optimize his body and use speed to get into flow state without injuries.

Our conversation touches on many topics from the masters of flow, the flow cycle, the triggers into flow, qualities of flow states, the history of psychedelics, his experiences with plant medicine, where his journey has taken him, and how to let go and be guided by the universe's grand design.

John happens to be a good friend of mine and one of my favorite people to talk with about evolution and human potential and it was a no-brainer to have him on the podcast. So, please enjoy!
