And how fitting that I get to speak with Niki Bezzant, Author of “This Changes Everything: the honest guide to menopause and perimenopause” and “The Everything Guide: Hormones, Health and Happiness in menopause, midlife and beyond” for the 100th episode and the final one for 2024.

Niki and I have had quite similar perimenopause experiences, but as we know, it’s different for every woman. We also wanted to review the state of menopause the past few years and ultimately highlight that research, care and support IS getting better and yet there is still so much that needs to be done.

Healthy aging and gendered ageism and what this actually means for women.
